It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of
Mrs. Lyda Pathmamanoharan (née Dronkers), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, who peacefully passed away on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, at the age of 81.
Born on November 23rd, 1944, in Utrecht, Netherlands, Lyda was the cherished daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dronkers. She was also the loving daughter-in-law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chellappa.
Lyda was the devoted and loving wife of Dr. Pathmamanoharan and the proud mother of Arjan, Dr. Sander, and Ranjen, all of whom reside in the Netherlands. She was a treasured mother-in-law to Annemieke, Dr. Marie-José, and Luzia. Lyda was also an adoring and proud grandmother to Femke, Inge, Joris, Merle, Silke, Leonard, and Rafael.
She was a loving sister to Pien, late Anton, Marijke, Nanneke, and Reinier.
Lyda was also a cherished sister-in-law to Selvapaskarathurainayagam (London), the late Udayanan (Germany), Paramsothy, Kumarasamy (London), Nesamani (London), Gowry (Germany), Lesley (London), Seenivasagam, Hariharan (London), Vidyadharan (London), Vinutha (France), and Jayanthan. She was a beloved aunt to Selvaranjan (London), Pirathajini (London), Roshana (Germany), Daniel (Germany), Subothine (Switserland), Subajini, Suganthini, Sutharsini (Denmark), Suthakaran, Elena (London), and Erin (London).
A woman of unwavering kindness, strength, and boundless love, Lyda will be fondly remembered for her dedication to her family and her caring spirit. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Wilhelmina Church, Hobbemastraat 35, Utrecht. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Brandenburg Cemetery, 1st Brandenburgerweg 38, Bilthoven, at 2:00 PM.

அன்னாரின் இறுதிச் சடங்குகள் ஜனவரி 28 ஆம் திகதி புதன்கிழமை பிற்பகல் 1:00 மணிக்கு உட்ரெக்டில் உள்ள ஹோப்மாஸ்ட்ராட் 35, வில்ஹெல்மினா தேவாலயத்தில் நடைபெற்று, பின்னர் பில்தோவனில் உள்ள 1வது பிராண்டன்பர்கர்வெக் 38 இல் அவரது பூதவுடல் நல்லடக்கம் செய்யப்படும்.
